Problems with motors

Hi,

we have a Thymio showing strange behaviour with one of its motors.

When I execute the code

onevent buttons
if button.forward == 1 then
motor.left.target = 100
motor.right.target = 100
end

one of the wheels rotates forward, while the other rotates backward.

What can I do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Is the robot working well in the purple mode? (command with the forward backwards button)

No, it shows the same behavior as with my own program. Obviously we have two robots not functioning properly.

Hi,
we encountered the same issue as UniR, the left motor doesn't seem to work properly anymore.
When we execute the code from above from UniR, we have the same result, the right wheel rotates forward while the left wheel is going backwards.
Also tried the purple mode as Michael suggested, but Thymio is simply doing circles and can't go straight forward anymore.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this or maybe already had the same problem?

One of the transistor of the H-bridge is probably damage. Please contact me directly: gro.aysbom|inanob.leahcim#gro.aysbom|inanob.leahcim so that we can repair your robot.
