No, because Thymio VPL depends on the sensor/actuator set of the Thymio. If someone wants to contribute a simulated Thymio, like it is partially done with the marXbot in the "enkimarxbot" program shipped with Aseba, this could be possible. I do not have the time to implement such a simulated version currently.
