Hello,
normally each node in a networks need to have a unique id. So if you changed the node id of your dongle, but it is not the same as your robot's node id or another of your robots' or dongles' id, it should not be a problem.
We just say not to change it because there is no need to change it and in the unlikely event that you end up with two nodes that have the same id, it will not work.
So, check that it is not the same id as your robots' (you can see it with the firmware upgrader) or your other dongles' (see it with the network configurator).
If the id is not unique, change it to anything different. it it is unique, leave like that.
then do the pairing procedure again, turn off any other robot and unplug any other dongle, do the pairing carefully step by step, move the robot very close to the dongle until they flash at the same frequency, and it should work.
