The upgrade is stuck at 1% and i really need help quickly

Upgrading Thymio II

I plugged my Thymio II into my computer, opened up the Thymio Firmware Upgrader and clicked upgrade ( it was set to upgrade to version 10) and the bar reached 100% really quick, and then it just sat at 100%, so I assumed that that was it loading the update, and the upgrade button was still clickable so I clicked it again, and now it has been stuck at 1% upgrading for over an hour. I thought about unplugging it or closing out the window, but before i upgraded a warning came up saying not to do that, and now I don't know what to do, and I need to use the thymio for a science fair project before the 13th. If anyone knows what to do, or if I am able to close the window or unplug that would be extremely helpful and appreciated. The quicker the response the better as I have a deadline. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Hello,

The upgrade is really quick, and once done the progress bar indicates 100% and the upgrade button becomes clickable again, this is normal. So your upgrade was successful I think. I do not know why it got stuck the second time, but you can unplug your robot, turn it off, close the firmware upgrader. Then start your robot again and see if it works correctly. If not, try to upgrade once again (just once should be enough).
