Thymio is charging and is also ready after charging. All three battery lights are on.
As soon as Thymio has to move the battery is down and thymios switch off.
Pressing the reset button did not help.

your battery is most likely worn out.
When did you buy your Robot? There is a 2-year warranty on every Thymio, if it is still under warranty you can contact your reseller for a repair.
Thanks for the answer. We bought it in May 2016 directly via mobsya. And no, it is always red.
We have a second thymio, who is also red and not blue when charging. But it still works. I did not know the difference between red and blue.
Do we have to send this one also to mobsya?

sorry for not replyng sooner. The red and blue LED behind the robot indicate "charging" and "fully charged" respectively, and are handled by the charger chip.
The three green LEDs indicate the estimated level of charge based on the battery voltage read by the controller, but sometimes it is a less reliable indication of the charge. if all three green LEDs are on, it means the voltage is in the higher range, but the battery still might not be fully charged.
So it is better to check the blue and red LEDs next to the usb. If it is still red, leav the robots to charge some more. Try leaving them for a night on a wall charger (and trun the robots off). If the led is still red in the morning, there is probably a problem.
If both red and blue are on at the same time after a long charge, then the battery has problem.
Please try and if the night of recharge does not work, send your robot back for a repair.

1 of our 10 thymios will not charge. I followed the reset procedure on the help page. The reset when plugged into the wall allows thymio to turn on with a sound and green lights, the battery has a single green bar that flashes, and there are no red or blue lights near the charging plug lit. After a short time, there is a sound like it is powering down and all lights go off. This has happened 3 times now. The unit is less than two years old and should be within warrantee. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you.

if no light show up next to the USB connector, then either the cable, the connector, or the led are broken. Given that your robot does not recharge even if you leave it for a long time connected to a wall charger, it is either the cable or the connector.
Try with another cable, if it does not work, contact your reseller to send your robot back for repair.
