Summary:

Thymio does not react to clapping in the attentive modus.

Microphone problem/Attentive modus does not work

When swichting into the attentive modus, it's not possible to command Thymio by clapping. Therefore I assume the microphone does not work. Or could it be something else?
Any ideas how to solve this?

Hi

Did you set Thymio in the dark blue mode? (That's the one reacting to clap)

You can try to to gently hit it with your fingernail, that's very effective. If the circel leds don't turn on and off, it's probably a defect microphone.

Thanks for your fast answer. It is in the dark blue mode. The LED does not turn on and off. So the microphone is defect. Can I do something about that?

Ok, it's most likely a connexion problem with the microphone. Contact gro.aysbom|troppus#gro.aysbom|troppus and we will repair that ;-)
