At the launch of asebastudio, a connection dialog opens. My thymio appears in the serial list (under /dev/ttyACM0), but when trying to connect, the same window reappears (connection probably failed), without any error message allowing me to try to solve the problem. Any hint of the possible source of the problem?

The connect button is greyed out

Nothing happens when the on/off button is pressed. When the USB cable is connected, all the lights glow including the three bars for the battery. What could be the problem and how can it be solved?
