There is a couple of things you can try. First. does your Thymio otherwise work correctly? does it charge? can you play with the pre-programmed behaviours?

if it does, try the following
1) press the reset button, it is located on the left side of the robot. there is a small hole, you can insert a paper clip in it
2) connect your robot to your PC with a cable, and try to launch Thymio firmware upgrader. If it works, upgrade it to the latest firmware
3) if it works with USB, but not wireless, try to pair the dongle with the robot
4) if you do not manage to connect at all, you can also try to reinstall an older version of Aseba

if nothing works, contact your reseller to send it back for repair

Our Thymio connected very well with our Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu laptops and was so cool! Wireless worked aswell as connection by USB cable. Now suddenly no connection is possible in no way. I'm aware of the Win10 disconnection-problem. But why can't I connect with Linux and why not over WiFi? I reinstalled the Thymio/aseba-software on both machines, but this did not help. The wireless stick is recognized by both laptops but thymio is not found by any software. Is it possible to somehow wrongly configurate thymio? What can we do? Please help. Thanks. Bruno
