Dear all,

Following an update of Windows'drivers on Windows 10, if you disconnect Thymio, Windows can't detect it, thus when you reconnect it, you loose your connection.

This is a known issue and is documented here: https://github.com/aseba-community/aseba/issues/435. If anyone has a good idea on how to solve it, please contact us either here on on Github.

Temporary solutions:

Try to disconnect your robot only when really necessary

Save your program on your computer before disconnecting to be able to load it afterwards

Quit Aseba (or VPL…), plug Thymio, start Aseba (or VPL…) again

Note:
This problem doesn't affect Wireless Thymio as you can let the dongle connected to your computer all the time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and comprehension.

Christophe
