You can flash a program inside Thymio by going in the "Tools" then "Save a program into Thymio". It will create an additional mode (without colour) beside the six pre-programmed colored behaviours. When you reboot the robot, it will be, by default, on this colourless new mode, you will still have to press the central button to activate it though. I don't know if you can make it start by resetting the robot…
