But now, impossible to do a USB connection with my Thymio!!!

I trying to re-upgrade the previous frimeware (v12) using Aseba-1.6.1 (and also with Install.Aseba.1.4.OS10.6-10) without success.

Now my Thymio when connected with USB port display red led and after some time blue led, but nothing more be possible.

notice: my Thymio II was bought 2-3 years ago and don't have serial number on back.

What I need to do? I have technical knowledge, not hesitate to give possible step to fix this blocking issue.
