Actually, it's already possible ;)

If you start Aseba Studio, you will get this interface:

You can connect by clicking on:

  1. Serial port
  2. Thymio II
  3. Connect

But, if you change the language just above the "Connect" button, you can choose English. Then, if you start Blockly by clicking on the bottom left link of the Aseba Studio interface, it will start Blockly in English:

Could it be that your Mac is by default in French? There is currently no way to save a different default language than the system language.
