on the robot: the purple light is pulsating, first the red light doesn't blink, then it appears and blinks for a short time, but then the red light disappears again.

2 questions to diagnose this problem. when you try to configure:
on the robot, is the purple light pulsating? does a red light blink on top or not at all?
on the dongle, does a red light blink, or not at all?

But the dongle and the robot doesn't flash at the same frequency. The robot is on the configuration mode and I select the light purple mode. I waited for several hours, they don't flash at the same frequency. They are very close, so that isn't the problem. In the network configurator I changed just the channel from 1 to channel 2, nothing more. Of course in this state I can't start the vpl program, because the dongle and the robot doesn't work together. If I use the robot by USB cable, the vpl program start and there is a connection between laptop and robot and I can program it. Without the cable nothing happens.

What is the problem?
