That's probably the battery indeed. The easiest way is to change it for a new one.

@cirdec I suggest you to contact Generation robot, tell them that your battery is defect and that you need a new one

@Volker Roth Where did you buy your robot? I also suggest you to contact the seller and tell them the same thing.

If it is still under guarantee, it's gonna be free ;o)

I have the same problem. Robot used to work well for several months, but now it works only with the USB cable plugged. I am quite sure that the battery is defect. Can the battery be replaced? What are the battery specifications?

I have also tried what is suggested on the website (reset, etc) but nothing helps for sorting out this problem.
Iw works with ameba so that the signal works through the usb.
The battery is maybe non operational.

Could you help me or tell me what to do:
how to have it repaired?
We have bought it on the web (generation robot)
