Finaly i succes my project !!!
I just forgotten to run asebamedulla ser:device=/dev/ttyACM0
So for other people who has the same issue, the solution of my problems was :
-install all libraries (dbus, optparse, gobject …)
-run graphical desktop (for the server X)
-don't forget to run "asebamedulla ser:device=/dev/ttyACM0" ;)

I continue my search, and i start my raspberry pi in graphical mode and i have the exact same issue has dschingiskhan11, but i don't know why i have to replace "ch.epfl.mobots.Aseba"

Hello, i have a similar issue;
I have a raspberry pi connected to my thymio and my wifi, I access to my raspberry throught ssh. I have installed aseba on it and i can run asebamedulla:

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ asebamedulla "ser:name=Thymio-II" Found Thymio-II on port /dev/ttyACM0

But when i want to use the python code example : https://www.thymio.org/en:thymioraspyexample
I have lot of error and I don't see how can i solve it, it's been a week since I tried to solve this problem.

Hello,
I never do that but what it is strange for me is the "ch.epfl.mobots.Aseba", that was the lab internet address while we was developpoing. Probably this is the problem?

Hi,

I successfully connected my RaspberryPi to my Thymio II.
Now I can control the Thymio with a simple Python script.

On the RaspberryPi I just run the following command to start asebamedulla.
Terminal 1:

asebamedulla "ser:device=/dev/ttyACM0"

Then I run my Python script.
Terminal 2:

python test.py

However, now I want to do this from my Mac with ssh.
When I do the same thing I get the following error:
