AS002: Timestamping

Problematics

As long as Aseba was only used within a microcontroller network, time-stamping was not required. However, current research user of Aseba typically run nodes on different computers, therefore timing becomes an issue.

Proposed solution

We could add timestamping in the TCP message format, and stamp incoming messages from serial ports. This would break message format on TCP but not on CAN.
